COO Target of Opportunity Programs

Caltech/COO administers a Caltech-Internal Target of Opportunity (ToO) program at both Keck Observatory and Palomar Observatory. Additionally, as of 2017A the Keck Science Steering Committee/CARA Board have approved new policies for Time-Domain Astronomy (TDA) Cadence and Partnership ToO observing modes.
