*Event Type*: High School Stargazing<br>

[[https://www.pucschools.org/ecals/about/][PUC Early College Academy for Leaders & Scholars (eCALS)]] is local high school with a large spanish-speaking population. <br>
Postdoc Margaret Lazzarini has been working with a science teacher there, and has organized an event<br>
where we'll provide a short public science lecture followed by telescope observing at the campus.  <br>

We will plan to arrive by 7:00PM to allow for sufficient time to setup for the presentation, and then assemble the telescopes<br>
on the adjacent athletic fields.  We'll plan to look at Moon, Mars, and some deep sky objects<br>
etc.  No experience necessary. <br>

Campus is only about 20 minutes drive from here in Highland Park area.<br>
