We will be assisting with the Great Basin National Park Astronomy Festival to take place Friday-Sunday September 6-8.<br>
Our primary responsibilities will be to run two Astronomy on Tap events there.<br> 

GBNP will provide us with gas money to cover our transportation and a campsite for each of us in the educator<br>
campsite.<br>

Drive time from Caltech to Baker, NV is about 9h depending on the route and time of day. <br>

Everyone needs to have their own camping equipment (or teaming up with a buddy).<br>
Temperatures in are pleasant during the day but can be cold<br>
and breezy at night.  You will want a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, etc.  You can rent<br>
these at the Caltech Y, or REI, or bring your own.  <br>
