SNF20050701-003:

This SN was discovered by the SN factory (ATEL TBD) on July 1, 2005. SNIFS spectrum indicates a type II event at an age of a few weeks after explosion.

The anonymous host galaxy is at z = 0.032 (Same ATEL).
