The second crane lift was scheduled for Saturday morning, 20 Dec, 8am. The crane showed up early and they started lift at 7:30, finishing by 8, so we only have a few pictures. We discovered the plenum ring was still riding higher on the brush seal than anticipated, which we found was due to the dish-like warpage of this ring, which should have been flat.

The plenum ring is still .100" - .200" off the mount points, due to its dishing and warpage. Dave ground off the edge of the ring to get it to ride on the brush seal, and shimmed to compensate for the warpage.
