During the 2001 campaign the high resolution camera of the Calypso observatory was used to gather the photometric data needed to determine the orbital period of this Dwarf Nova (DN). The results of this campaign were published in the Astronomical Journal.
- ``The First Orbital Period for a Dwarf Nova in a Globular Cluster: V101 in M5'' Neill, J. D., Shara, M., M., Caulet, A., & Buckley, D. A. H., AJ, 123, 3298. (2002) (PDF)
- In addition, we compiled a histogram of the seeing measured in all the images.
- Future Projects:
- Get a spectroscopic radial velocity curve
- confirm the ejection of V101 from M5
- confirm photometric orbital period.
