We searched for short period variables in the plane of the Milky Way (in Cygnus) using the 8k mosaic camera on the MDM 2.4 meter telescope. We surveyed two fields with a 5-minute cadence in the I-band during our 6 night run. The photometry was measured with DAOPHOT allframe which resulted in 300,000 light curves. There are lots of variables in the data, but no convincing CVs.
