P60 Template

Here is a very generic template followed by two examples, the first example is a "normal request" in that it's just a normal "point and observe". The second is for a moving target. These examples are straight from the observing queue, the only things that have been changed or altered are any sensitive info (i.e. RA,DECs, PIs).
